here i am (rock me like a hurricane)

Just moved from www.jennamariecarey.com, updates and changes to come soon. I'm envisioning some sort of flickr collaboration to post drawings and random pics for everyone's (my) amusement. Why the move, you ask? Well, I'm a cheap bastard and couldn't justify spending tons of cash money on something equally as good that's FREE. The same reason I have three shelter puppies.

On my blogging hiatus I've had a few Jack Handy moments and have finally formed some sort of vision for my future. Being a bum hasn't always been the plan you know. A few things that have happened, are happening and will (hopefully) happen:

• Quitting my job from hell. Days of partying to ensue.
• Returning to school full-time. My new major (drum roll please) ..... biology.
• And then, med school? Or becoming a celebrity. Decisions.

I know you have questions, so here are the answers.

How can you afford to quit? I can't! Do I look like a slutty heiress to a three star hotel fortune? I'll be working another shitty job, just not the current one. I'll be part-time, poor forever and cry in my bathroom daily.

Why biology? Well, I like drawing, it's fun and exciting when I feel like I'm actually being productive. But that feeling is never really there anymore, especially without any motivation to encourage it. I've always had an interest in zoology and botany, and since I couldn't decide on which, I thought biology would be a good match, and I'll have a chance to expand on my interests (or hate everything, start chanting "schools out forever" and run away while my hair is on fire).

Edumacations what? School fools! It's pretty scary, seeing as I'm old now and just getting older. I still have at least three years before I can even get there, so, just kill me now (mental death enacted, and canceled). Good thing I still have that sexy 12 year old look going for me.
